Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you may use the Integrity Stitching website and purchase products from us.

Please read them before placing an order.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen used to view the website.

Some garments may also have small variations resulting from the materials and production processes used.

Product descriptions, available colours, sizes, decoration methods and other relevant information are provided on individual product pages.

Please check these details carefully before ordering.

Made to Order Products

Many Integrity Stitching garments are produced after an order has been placed.

This means production time should be considered in addition to delivery time.

Being produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, make a standard collection garment personalised or bespoke.

Different cancellation arrangements may apply where a product has been genuinely personalised or manufactured specifically to an individual customer's requirements.

Where this applies, we will make this clear before an order is placed.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

After submitting your order, you will receive confirmation that it has been received.

An order is accepted when we confirm that we have accepted it and production or fulfilment begins.

If we are unable to accept an order, we will contact you and any payment already taken for the unavailable item will be refunded.

We reserve the right not to accept an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Any applicable taxes will be included or clearly identified during the purchasing process.

Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your order.

Payment must be successfully authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

We will not add optional charges without your agreement.

Product Availability

Products, sizes, colours and garment options are subject to availability.

Although we aim to keep the website accurate, availability can occasionally change after an order has been placed.

If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options or arrange a refund.

Delivery

Available delivery services, estimated timescales and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout wherever possible.

Because many products are produced to order, delivery estimates may include both production and shipping time.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied with your order is accurate.

More information can be found on our Delivery & Returns page and in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations & Returns

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the nature of the product purchased.

Standard products purchased online will normally benefit from the cancellation rights provided by UK consumer law.

Products that are genuinely personalised or made specifically to your individual requirements may be exempt from the usual change of mind cancellation right.

Full information about cancellations and returns is available on our Delivery & Returns page and in our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

We want every order to arrive as expected.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact page.

We may ask for your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where these help us understand the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any process described in these terms.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred garment and size when placing an order.

Sizing information is provided wherever available and should be reviewed before purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.

This does not affect your cancellation rights where those rights apply.

Custom Collections

Orders created through our Custom Collections service may be subject to additional terms agreed specifically for that project.

These may cover matters including design approval, quantities, pricing, deposits, payment, production, delivery and cancellation.

Where a Custom Collection is created for a business, club, member organisation, charity, organisation or other commercial customer, separate business terms may apply.

Any additional terms will be explained before the relevant order or project is confirmed.

Artwork & Design Approval

Where we create bespoke or personalised artwork, customers may be asked to approve designs before production.

You are responsible for checking approved artwork carefully, including names, spelling, dates, logos, colours and other requested details.

Production may begin following approval.

We cannot normally make changes once production of an approved personalised item has started.

This does not affect your rights where the finished product does not match the approved design or is otherwise faulty.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Integrity Stitching name, branding, website content, original artwork, photography, graphics and collection designs belong to Integrity Stitching or are used with appropriate permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Where customers provide logos, artwork or other material for a Custom Collection, they confirm that they have the right or appropriate permission to provide that material for the intended use.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with viewing our products, contacting us or purchasing from Integrity Stitching.

You must not deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Integrity Stitching or another person.

Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

If you are purchasing products primarily for business purposes, different rights and responsibilities may apply and these may be covered by separate agreed business terms.

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect production or delivery.

If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep affected customers informed.

Where a significant delay occurs, any rights you have under consumer law remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example where our services, business arrangements or legal requirements change.

The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so that we have the opportunity to resolve the problem.

Details of how to reach us can be found on our Contact page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which the contracting business is established.

If you are a consumer, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable where you live.
