Because different garments are designed to fit differently, we recommend checking the size information provided on the individual product page before ordering.

This guide will help you understand the different styles and choose the size that works best for you.

How to Measure

The easiest way to choose your size is often to compare our measurements with a garment you already own and like the fit of.

Lay the garment flat on a level surface without stretching the fabric.

Chest Width

Measure straight across the garment from approximately one inch below one armpit to the same point on the other side.

Some size charts may instead provide a full chest measurement. Where this is the case, follow the measurement method shown alongside that particular garment.

Body Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Sleeve Length

Where sleeve measurements are provided, follow the measurement points shown in the individual garment size guide.

Choosing Your Fit

There is no single correct way for clothing to fit.

Some people prefer a closer, more traditional fit, while others deliberately choose a larger size for a relaxed appearance.

The intended style of the garment is a good place to start.

Standard T Shirts

Our Standard T Shirts are intended to provide a familiar everyday T Shirt shape.

If you normally wear your usual size in a traditional T Shirt, that is generally the best place to begin when reviewing the garment's size chart.

For a more relaxed appearance, compare the measurements with one of your favourite looser fitting T Shirts before ordering.

Cotton T Shirts

Our Cotton T Shirts offer another classic everyday option, but individual garment measurements may differ from our Standard T Shirts.

Do not assume that the same labelled size will measure identically across every garment.

Always check the size information on the product page.

Oversized T Shirts

Oversized T Shirts are intentionally designed with a more generous silhouette.

This means your normal size may already provide the relaxed appearance intended by the garment.

We do not recommend automatically ordering a larger size simply to achieve an oversized look.

Compare the garment measurements with a T Shirt you already own to decide how relaxed you would like the finished fit to be.

Polo Shirts

Polo shirts tend to have a more structured appearance than a T Shirt.

When choosing your size, pay particular attention to the chest measurement and consider how you prefer to wear a polo.

Some customers prefer a neater fit, while others like a little more room through the body.

Sweatshirts

Sweatshirts are designed to provide enough room to be comfortable while retaining a clean silhouette.

Consider whether you are likely to wear your sweatshirt over another layer when choosing your preferred size.

Comparing the chest width and body length with a sweatshirt you already wear is usually the most reliable approach.

Heavyweight Hoodies

Our Heavyweight Hoodies are substantial garments designed to feel comfortable and considered rather than lightweight.

When choosing a size, consider both the intended fit and whether you are likely to wear additional layers underneath.

Because heavier garments can feel different from a standard hoodie, comparing the individual measurements is particularly useful.

Between Two Sizes?

If you fall between two sizes, think about how you would like the garment to fit.

Choosing the smaller option will generally produce the closer fit, while choosing the larger option will provide more room.

The measurements shown on the individual product page should always be your main reference.

Different Garments, Different Measurements

A Medium in one garment is not necessarily identical to a Medium in another.

Our collections can include different garment styles and constructions, so measurements may vary even where the size label is the same.

This is why we provide garment specific size information rather than relying on one universal Integrity Stitching size chart.

Allow for Small Variations

Garment manufacturing involves fabric and construction tolerances, so small variations in finished measurements can occasionally occur.

Size charts should therefore be treated as a reliable guide rather than an exact millimetre measurement of every individual garment.
