Who is Integrity Stitching for?
Anyone who values thoughtful design, quality garments and clothing with meaning.
Our collections explore ideas of integrity, character, morality, craftsmanship and continual improvement through contemporary designs intended to stand on their own.
Some customers will connect with the principles behind a design. Others may simply connect with the artwork or style. Both are equally welcome.
What makes the Tools of Integrity Collection different?
The Tools of Integrity Collection is our contemporary interpretation of traditional craftsman's tools and the wider principles those tools can represent.
We explore ideas such as integrity, equality, morality, discipline, learning and purpose through architectural linework and understated design.
The result is clothing intended to carry meaning without becoming novelty merchandise.
Are your garments printed or embroidered?
Both.
Different garments and designs use the production method we believe suits them best.
Our polo shirts primarily use embroidery for a clean, understated finish, while many T shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies use printed artwork where larger or more detailed designs are required.
The individual product page will show the decoration used for each garment.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing can vary slightly between different garment styles, particularly between standard and oversized products.
Please check the sizing information on the individual product page before ordering.

What does Chapter I mean?
Integrity Stitching collections are designed as chapters in a continuing story.
Chapter I · Tools of Integrity is where that story begins.
Future Chapters will explore different ideas, symbolism and themes while continuing the same focus on craftsmanship, character and thoughtful design.
Orders, Delivery & Returns
Are Integrity Stitching products made to order?
Yes.
Our collection garments are produced specifically for your order rather than being held as large quantities of finished stock.
This allows us to offer a wider range of designs, garment styles, colours and sizes while avoiding unnecessary production and waste.
How long will my order take?
Because garments are produced to order, please allow time for production as well as delivery.
Estimated timescales will be shown during the ordering process wherever possible.
During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Where tracking is available, you will receive dispatch information using the contact details provided with your order.
Can I return an item?
Because our products are produced to order, our returns arrangements differ from those for standard stocked products.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Production can begin shortly after an order is submitted, which means changes may not always be possible.
If you realise something is wrong, contact us as quickly as you can and we will see what can be done.
Custom Collections
Can you create clothing for my club, business or organisation?
Yes.
Custom Collections is a major part of Integrity Stitching.
We work with sports clubs, member organisations, businesses, charities, festivals, events and other groups to create clothing and merchandise designed around their own identity.
Do I need finished artwork?
No.
You can come to us with completed artwork, an existing logo, a rough idea or simply a conversation about what you would like to achieve.
We can work collaboratively from there.
Can you help develop an entire collection rather than a single garment?
Absolutely.
We can explore individual products or develop a wider coordinated range across garments and merchandise.
That might include embroidered polos, T shirts, hoodies, leisurewear, supporter clothing or a complete collection built around your organisation.
What kinds of organisations do you work with?
Our custom work is open to all kinds of organisations and communities.
We work around your identity, your people and what you want the finished clothing to represent.
That can include clubs, teams, businesses, charities, events, member organisations and community groups.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities can vary depending on the garment, production method and nature of the project.

How do I start a custom project?

You do not need to know every detail before contacting us.
